Where is my order?

When you have ordered a tangible product from BuildYourSelf.store, you´ll first receive an order confirmation, then a new email when your product(s) are shipped.

You must wait for the confirmed shipping email and let a few days pass before trying to track your order. Sometimes, the tracking number takes time to be processed by all local handlers.

To check the current status of your order, click "Order Status" in the menu of our store and order number. You received your order number in the first email we sent after your purchase.

Scroll down and click on "Tracking". You will then receive a result indicating the current status of your shipment. Please be advised that the tracking differs in the specificity of the results you receive, due to the lack of cooperation between local shipment handlers of different countries. But keep calm, your shipment is on it´s way.

You could also use an international tracking site like "17 Track" for entering several tracking numbers at once, and if you install their app, you´ll receive push notifications when tracking status changes.
